2018 IBM Beacon Award
KPI Digital won the 2018 IBM Beacon Award for Best Watson Customer Engagement Solution. Only 17 Business Partners around the world won a 2018 Beacon Award and to top it off, KPI Digital was the only IBM Business Partner in Canada to win. The Beacon is the most prestigious award that IBM delivers. It identifies IBM Business Partners who offer exceptional solutions to help drive business value and transform the way clients and industries operate.
2017 IBM Choice Award
In 2017 KPI Digital received the IBM Choice Award for Digital Marketing Eminence for superiority in our Digital Marketing Transformation approach and customer value offerings achievements. We were 1 of 40 winners out of hundreds of thousands of IBM business partners worldwide. This award recognizes select IBM Business Partners for their outstanding performance and commitment to delivering IBM-based solutions and mutually significant business impact.
McGill University collaboration
We are excited to support McGill University on two new programs. The Masters of Management in Analytics (MMA) program is designed to address the growing needs business analytics in every of organisation. The Bensadoun School of Retail Management will act as a hub for students, researchers and practitioners to work collaboratively towards solving the real-world problems facing retailers today. The vision in both programs combine learning with real business use cases to better prepare graduates in their careers
New Office Launch
In December 2017, we moved to new offices in the Saint-Laurent Technoparc. Our new space reflects our digital vision, promotes collaboration and encourages teamwork. Our walls are erasable, so we can whiteboard ideas and create solutions. Our Innovation Hub is a think tank for designing and testing advanced client solutions.
Toronto office expands
In September 2017, we moved to new offices and expanded our team in Toronto. Our new space reflects our digital vision, promotes collaboration and encourages teamwork. Our Toronto presence continues to grow with new KPI Digital experts and new clients.
In 2016 we began our Digital Transformation. We re-named Knowledge Providers Inc. to KPI Digital and designed a new logo that reflects our vision. We acquired expertise in digital analytics, customer experience and campaign automation. We added Digital Marketing to our portfolio and implemented Watson Marketing to improve customer experience.
