Responsibilities:

    40% of your time

  • Enter or update Account Contact in our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Track activity, sales progress, and opportunity details in our software platforms.
  • Based on profiles/segments-Identify and research prospects for sales team.
  • 40% of your time

    • Help with ppt presentations (gathering internal case studies, tailoring our About KPI, Workshop and Roadmap decks.
    • Coordinate schedules for product specialists to do customer demos.
    • Support the sales team to move prospects through the sales cycle from initial prep research, to quote/proposal development.
    • 20% of your time

      • Assist multiple sales team members with calendar management, travel booking, expense reports, correspondence support etc.
      • Utilize SharePoint to file sales enablement materials, prospect/customer documents.
      • Assisting with market intelligence.
      • Other admin related requirements as necessary.

      What do you bring to the table?

      • Ideally you have 1-3 years of experience in administrative (sales, marketing, tech an asset).
      • You are a multi-tasker, organized, and have excessive attention to detail.
      • You are a team player, a big believer in collaborating with, and supporting clients, sales team and business team members alike.
      • You are a self-starter and thrive in an environment where you are rewarded for being a keener.
      • Friendly, personable and have the ability to communicate ideas effectively.
      • You are a junky for information-constantly reading and wanting to understand how to better understand the world around us.
      • You are a whiz with MS Office programs.
      • Knowledge of Office 365 tools.
      • Comfortable in CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics is an asset).
      • Bilingual
